The office is located at 3821 Woodbriar Trail Unit 105, Port Orange, FL 32129. Next door to Halifax Hospital Hospice and across the highway from Dahlia restaurant.

Telehealth/virtual psychotherapy appointments are also available.

BHS is a relatively new practice with opening hours. Saturdays 9am-5pm is the only day of operation at the current time.
As Saturdays begin to fill up, Mondays and Tuesdays will be available. The goal is to eventually open the practice from Monday-Thursdays 9am-5pm.

$275 per 60 minute psychotherapy session out of pocket. Evaluations range from a quick consultation to comprehensive testing evaluations and can cost between $500 to $4,500.

HMO plans require that you find someone on their list.
Psychotherapy patients: If you have a PPO plan, BHS most likely takes your insurance. If BHS does not take your insurance, you would pay BHS directly and then a receipt called a “Superbill” may be provided upon request and submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement if the services are covered as an out-of-network benefit. If your budget requires you to depend on some reimbursement, it is highly recommended that you check the details of your plan before initiating any services with BHS.

Neuropsychological Testing: BHS will only accept Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare for neuropsychological evaluations.

BHS accepts Medicare for both psychotherapy as well as neuropsychological evaluations but do not accept Medicaid.
